Expected DA From Jan 2014 – Possibility Of Increase Of DA By 11% to Central Govt Employees
As per the present state DA has reached 90 %. At this
juncture, Central Government Employees are eagerly waiting to know the
percentage of increase in the month of Jan 2014. The DA increase in the
month of Jan 2014 does have certain importance in it. Because when DA
reaches 100%, there is a possibility of increase of certain allowances
also simultaneously.
As per the recent publication of AICPIN value, DA
has reached the height of 93.93 % at present. During the coming four
months, if the AICPIN value increases by 1point, there is a possibility
of DA reaching the 100 % mark. Likewise, if the average becomes 2point,
there is a chance of reaching 101 % as DA. During the ensuing four
months, based on the value calculation of AICPIN, it would be possible
to calculate DA accurately. Still, there is maximum possibility of
increase of DA by 11 %.Wednesday, 16 October 2013
On Hindi Divas Type Competition.
No. HCAA/13-14/26
Dated 15.10.2013
To
Dy.
Accountant General (Admn)
O/o Pr.
Accountant General Haryana
Chandigarh.
Sub: Regarding participation of contractual
staff in Hindi Divas 2013.
Sir,
It is with
great agony that we have to point out that in the recent programme of
Hindi Type Competition conducted in our office on Hindi Divas 2013 and
the first position award was given to contractual employee who has been
employed by the local contractor and it has passed on the wrong
signal to permanent employees of the this office that no one of the
permanent employee was awarded the first position award as we
deem should have been done to boost the morale of the permanent employees
of this office for use of Hindi Language.
We request you to please
reconsider your decision by changing the decision by awarding the first
position to permanent employee to enable them to perform still better and
better.
It
is now being besought to please look into it personally and award the
first position to permanent employee only and encourage each and every one of
the team of the permanent employee who are otherwise totally demoralized.
The participants in such completion should be employees of this office only.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours
faithfully.

On SAS results
Dear Comrades
Letter to CAG on the subject mentioned above is posted below
With greetings,
M. S. Raja
Secretary General
Reference: AIA/B-1/53/2013
17th September 2013
To
The Comptroller & Auditor General of India,
9, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg,
New Delhi – 110124
Subject: Results of the SAS & Incentive/RA Examinations held in August 2013 – reg.
Sir,
Kindly refer to this Association's letter AIA/B-1/51/2013 date 6th September 2013 on the subject mentioned above.
In
continuation to points made there-on, I would like to submit the
following for your kind consideration and immediate redressal of
grievances with regard to the results of the examinations held in August
2013.
1. The results may kindly be set aside (treated as null and void).
It is a fact that CAG office had issued circular stating that negative marks would be introduced from this examination. But the "INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES" issued at the time of examination did not have this condition. Copy of the "INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES" is attached. It is therefore a must that the papers be revalued without negative marking and results are declared afresh. This is without prejudice to our demand for removal of negative marking for all departmental examinations.
2. Number of chances be increased
With
this examination, all the six chances have been exhausted. You may
kindly recall that in the earlier system of SAS examination, there were
no limit on the number of chances for Part II. The scheme may please be
re-introduces without any further delay.
3. Percentage of Marks for passing all the examinations be lowered to 35 %. In
all the university examinations, the passing percentage is 35%. Any
person can enter the department once University has given him/her a
degree and they negotiate an examination that SSC conducts, but will
have to get 50% for passing the departmental examinations is something
that is not justifiable.
Hence passing percentage in all departmental examinations – from SAS to CPD – may please be lowered to 35%.
Hence passing percentage in all departmental examinations – from SAS to CPD – may please be lowered to 35%.
I
shall be thankful if an early decision is taken on these issues and the
agony of the affected personnel is addressed positively.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Yours faithfully,
